Digital wellbeing means using technology in a mindful way so that it supports our physical, emotional and social health.

About Me

Hi! I'm Catherine, a certified digital wellbeing coach based in Berlin, Germany. I’ve always enjoyed working with technology, but over time, I realised that my own tech use wasn’t always intentional. At the same time, conversations with my children about their use of technology made me reflect on the challenges we all face in maintaining a healthy digital balance. This inspired me to train as a digital wellbeing coach with the Consciously Digital Institute. Now, I’m passionate about helping others develop a more mindful relationship with technology - so they can focus better, feel less overwhelmed, and use tech in ways that truly support their goals and well-being.
