My Story

With over 15 years of experience as a bioinformatician, I’ve worked at leading research institutes, including the University of Cambridge, the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics and the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine . My background in data-driven research has given me a deep understanding of how technology shapes our lives - for better or worse.

As I navigated the fast-paced world of academic research, I became increasingly aware of the impact of constant digital distractions, information overload, and screen time habits on focus, productivity and wellbeing. This led me to train as a certified Digital Wellbeing Coach with the ICF-accredited Consciously Digital Institute, where I learnt science-backed strategies to help individuals and families regain control over their tech use.

I’m also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have completed two ADHD coaching modules with Gold Mind Academy. This training deepened my understanding of the unique challenges neurodivergent individuals face in managing digital habits and attention.

Through Seeking Digital Balance, I offer coaching, workshops, and practical strategies to help people overcome digital overwhelm, improve focus and create tech habits that support their goals - without unrealistic ‘all-or-nothing’ solutions.
